Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise strategy, enterprise planning, business operations, or strategic finance in a SaaS company.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, enterprise-wide planning cycles with multi-function coordination.
• Experience connecting long-range planning, annual planning, portfolio prioritization, and in-year performance management in tech/SaaS.
• Ability to influence outcomes with strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and executive presence in a large, matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to translate detailed business inputs into concise executive-ready insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end enterprise planning process, governance, milestones, and decision points for coordinated functions and product lines.
• Translate priorities into planning frameworks, templates, and analytical requirements to improve submission quality.
• Analyze functional/product plans, identify inter-dependencies, surface gaps/risks/trade-offs for investment decisions.
• Create executive-ready presentations and concise recommendations synthesizing planning input into enterprise narrative.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions, drive discussions, document outcomes, and ensure follow-through on deliverables.
• Continuously improve planning processes, tools, and measures with stakeholder feedback and scalable solutions.
