Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher is required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in audit, investigation, compliance, or social sciences.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for enterprise controlled substance compliance and the Medication Diversion Program, including training and procedures.
• Develop and apply best practices to reduce variation in medication management processes.
• Lead the Corporate Medication Diversion Committee and oversee regulatory compliance with DEA, Joint Commission, CMS, FDA, and state/federal laws.
• Direct supervision of the corporate medication diversion and compliance team.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, informatics, IT, safety, risk management, HR, legal and communications to build a safe diversion program.
