Job summary
Holistic Partners, Inc. seeks a senior consultant to lead the Port Authority’s Enterprise GIS program from New York, driving strategy, governance, and modernization across Aviation, Tunnels, Bridges, Ports, Rail Transit, and Corporate Operations.
The role focuses on enterprise GIS architecture, data governance, and integration with EAM systems like Infor and Maximo, BIM/CAD, and Power BI. Collaboration with IT, Engineering, and program teams is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of ten (10) years leading enterprise GIS programs.
- Experience developing enterprise GIS strategies, governance frameworks, and roadmaps.
- Extensive experience with Esri Enterprise technologies and GIS architecture.
- Experience integrating GIS with Enterprise Asset Management systems.
- Experience with BIM, CAD, LiDAR, and enterprise system integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead Enterprise GIS strategy, roadmaps, and modernization aligned with Port Authority objectives.
- Govern GIS standards, policies, and data governance practices.
- Define functional and technical requirements for new initiatives.
- Provide leadership in GIS architecture and solution design.
- Develop centralized geospatial data models and implementation strategies.
- Coordinate GIS programs across multiple units and stakeholders.
