Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Data Governance Manager to design, implement, and operate the enterprise-wide data governance framework.

You will ensure data assets are accurate, secure, well-defined, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Data Management & Engineering, you will lead governance programs, collaborate with risk, compliance, data stewards, and IT teams, and drive standards across data domains.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operationalizing enterprise data governance programs.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., OCC Heightened Standards, FFIEC).
• Ability to collaborate with risk, compliance, data stewards, and IT teams.
