Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Architect - Data Governance Adoption & Literacy Coordinator to drive governance adoption and data literacy across the organization in a remote 12-month contract.

You will design onboarding programs, steward models and literacy frameworks, and actively facilitate trainings and workshops with stakeholders to raise data governance maturity and adoption.

Experience with data governance programs and stakeholder facilitation is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data governance, data management, or enterprise data programs.
• Experience delivering governance trainings and workshops.
• Experience developing onboarding, steward models, or literacy frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
