You will bring 3+ years in SaaS customer success, experience with digital marketing and Shopify, and strong communication and project-management skills. Remote-friendly startup with collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise-level customer success in SaaS.
• Experience in digital marketing and Shopify ecosystem preferred.
• Strong project management and attention to detail.
