We’re seeking a driven B2B Content Writer to own Codal’s voice across website, editorial, and social channels, collaborating with our Global Head of Marketing and SMEs to translate complex ideas into clear, trusted narratives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of B2B or enterprise content writing experience.
• Proven background writing for regulated industries: healthcare, financial services, compliance, or similar.
• A portfolio that demonstrates range: long-form editorial, web copy, case studies, press releases, thought leadership, and social media.
• Exceptional command of the English language: grammar, structure and nuance, with a strong editorial instinct.
• Experience interviewing SMEs and distilling complex technical ideas into compelling, accessible narratives.
• Strong project management instincts: able to manage multiple workstreams without dropping the ball.
• Comfortable owning processes, not just executing tasks, you'll build systems as well as write content.
• High standards, high output, and the drive to do both at once.

Responsibilities

• Own website and digital content across Codal's platforms, including social media.
• Produce authoritative blog articles in collaboration with internal SMEs across engineering, design and strategy.
• Write and distribute press releases that reinforce Codal's market position and announcements.
• Develop and execute a content strategy with the Global Head of Marketing, shaping the editorial calendar.
• Lead end-to-end case study production, from brief to publication.
• Communicate Codal's point of difference clearly and consistently across content formats.
