Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Technology Sector Business Architect to lead enterprise architecture strategy across business, data, application and infrastructure for complex client programs. You will translate executive priorities into actionable roadmaps and target-state architectures, working with hyperscalers, OEMs, and semiconductor manufacturers to deliver end-to-end value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 12+ years in enterprise/solution architecture or senior tech leadership.
• Proven experience with executive stakeholders in large, complex organisations.
• Strong background in modern enterprise architectures including cloud, data, APIs, and platform-based ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, delivery, and governance of enterprise architecture solutions including capability-based roadmaps, target-state architectures, and reference architectures.
• Demonstrate leadership across the architect community with a bias toward business outcomes and pragmatic execution.
• Translate business outcomes into reliable architectural requirements and roadmaps for multi-year transformation programs.
• Lead vendor architecture assessments, RFP support, and security considerations; act as design authority across complex programs.
• Collaborate with cloud, platform, and ecosystem partners to accelerate innovation and delivery.
