Sierra Space is seeking a Chief Architect to provide technical vision and architectural leadership for major programs in Centennial, CO. You will define standards, guide engineering execution, and drive architectural strategy across disciplines.

Requirements include 16+ years in systems architecture, a related Bachelor's (Master's/PhD preferred), and an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility. You will mentor engineers and collaborate with executives to advance mission capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 16+ years of related experience typically required
• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility U.S. Security Clearance required
• Deep systems architecture expertise across complex programs
• Experience leading architectural design and setting technical standards
• Strong ability to translate vision into architecture and drive across programs
• Ability to mentor architects and engineers
• Excellent communication with diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership and strategic technical vision to major programs
• Define system architecture and technical standards for program execution
• Develop long-term technology roadmaps and identify emerging technologies
