Job summary

VIVA USA Inc is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to drive strategic IT planning and modernization across multiple business units. The role focuses on business capability models, customer journeys, and alignment with enterprise strategy, including AI/GenAI, RPA, and cloud services from AWS, GCP, and Azure.

Qualifications

• Experience developing strategic technology plans and roadmaps, business capability models and customer journey maps.
• Ability to present and communicate both business and technical concepts.
• Ability to lead and conduct emerging technology analysis initiatives.
• Experience in leading efforts to create technology solutions and architectures impacting critical areas of the business.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills with business and technical groups.
• Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills; ability to create original concepts and theories for a variety of projects.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Demonstrated technology skills across multiple IT domains (e.g. application, security, infrastructure).
• Strong consultative skills at a cross-functional level.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and drive strategic planning discussions with Senior Leadership and SMEs to ensure alignment with goals.
• Partner with IT to create IT Strategy and establish design guidelines for projects.
• Initiate proof of concept initiatives using emerging technologies.
• Analyze business requirements, conduct market trends research and provide senior leadership with recommendations.
• Maintain a holistic view of the organization’s strategy, processes, information and technology assets.
• Provide guidance for modernization using Generative AI, RPA, cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Create technical writing using Word, PowerPoint, Lucidchart, Visio, ABACUS, SharePoint.
