Novalink Solutions LLC seeks an Enterprise Architect to guide IT strategy, governance, and modernization across US-based business units. The role focuses on Generative AI, RPA, and cloud platforms to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and strategy.

The Architect will collaborate with senior leadership, BRMs and SMEs to create technology roadmaps, evaluate emerging technologies, and drive high-impact architectural decisions for digital transformation.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent & extensive project experience.
• 5–7 years of IT experience with Enterprise Architecture, including 2 years in Solution Architecture.
• Experience leading AI implementations (Generative AI, RPA, Virtual Assistants).
• Experience providing EA governance for cloud modernization efforts.
• Exposure to multiple technologies and processing environments.
• Experience with AWS, GCP and/or Azure for AI/RPA technologies.
• ABACUS EA tool experience preferred.
• TOGAF certification preferred.

• Facilitate and drive strategic planning discussions with senior leadership and SMEs.
• Partner with IT staff to establish technology standards and guidelines for design and implementation.
• Lead PoCs using emerging technologies to validate concepts.
• Analyze business requirements, market trends and provide senior leadership recommendations.
• Maintain a holistic view of the organization’s strategy, processes, information, and technology assets.
• Provide architectural guidance for modernization efforts across projects.
• Collaborate across IT to align enterprise architecture with business goals.
• Develop cross-LOB enterprise solutions that integrate business processes with technology options.
