V Group Inc. is seeking an Architect to shape IT strategy and governance across multiple business units, including Family Assistance and Unemployment Compensation. You will develop business capability models, create customer journey maps, and ensure projects align with enterprise standards and modernization goals.

This role demands strong leadership, AI/RPA expertise, and cloud strategy across AWS, GCP, and Azure, with a focus on driving digital transformation and enterprise alignment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent & extensive project experience.
• TOGAF Certification preferred.
• 5-7 years IT experience with Enterprise Architecture and 2+ years in Solution Architecture.
• Technical experience leading AI implementations including Generative AI, RPA and Virtual Assistants.
• Experience with Cloud modernization and EA governance.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate and drive strategic planning discussions with senior leadership and SMEs.
• Create IT strategy and technology standards for project design and implementation.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives using emerging technologies.
• Assess business requirements, analyze market trends, and recommend options to leadership.
• Develop business capability models and customer journey maps.
• Provide architectural input to implement strategies and guidelines.
• Collaborate across IT teams to deliver cross-LOB solutions and enterprise roadmaps.
• Present complex business and technical concepts to stakeholders.
