Job summary

Orbus is seeking an Enterprise Integration & Applications Lead to own strategic integration initiatives across ERP and business applications in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will partner with business leaders, design integration architectures, and ensure reliable operation of eCommerce, graphics, and document management workflows.

You will oversee API standards, collaborate with IT and business teams, and drive continuous improvement in system capabilities and user documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 5-7 years relevant experience as an Application and/or integration lead, manufacturing industry experience a plus.
• Hands-on experience with IPaaS tools Celigo, Workato, Mulesoft or DataNest.
• Experience with O365 SharePoint Online.
• Experience with workflow apps (Docuware, Documentum).
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (Magento).
• RPA experience with UIPath.
• ERP familiarity (Microsoft Dynamics 365/Business Central, NetSuite, Acumatica).
• Graphics technology solutions knowledge (tFLOW, Callas PDF toolbox, Print Factory) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads project teams to define, design, develop, configure, integrate, and implement enterprise applications and background processes.
• Engages with business leads to improve processes, enable new systems, and reduce costs.
• Evaluate, select and implement new technologies to enhance applications.
• Review and justify new technologies for adoption.
• Translate requirements into architectural blueprints and document design work.
• Ensure proper functioning, maintenance and timely upgrades of applications and integrations.
• Oversee SharePoint intranet design and development.
• Provide strategic guidance to leverage solutions across entities.
• Develop user documentation and training as needed.
• Perform code reviews with third-party consultants to meet architectural objectives.
• Create API standards and procedures.
• Research best practices, tools, workflows, and technologies.
• Develop alliances with business counterparts to automate workflows and gain competitive advantages.
• Improve technical depth and domain knowledge.
• Maintain change management processes and RCA documentation; lead SIT/UAT/deployments.
