Job summary

TDK AIsight in San Diego is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead cross-functional engineering programs from concept through development, validation, and commercialization. You will bridge technical execution with business priorities, coordinating engineering teams, product stakeholders, suppliers, and leadership to deliver products on schedule.

This role requires a strong technical background and outstanding project management skills to drive launches.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or systems engineering.
5–8+ years in engineering program management.
Experience across hardware, software, and systems development.
Strong leadership and stakeholder communication.
Familiarity with Project management tools and Agile/Waterfall methods.

Responsibilities

Define program scope, milestones, schedules, dependencies, and success criteria across software, hardware, systems, and product development.
Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, product management, supply chain, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Maintain risk registers, identify risks, drive mitigation, and escalate with clear recommendations.
Deliver program updates and dashboards for visibility into progress and tradeoffs.
Plan resources and priorities across multiple programs, with structured decision making.
Enhance program management practices, stage gates, and cadence.
