Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in related engineering or project leadership, or 3+ years internal to NFI/MCI.
• Advanced technical and project management capabilities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in NX, Teamcenter, Oracle, ePlanner, Excel, A3 reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications to identify gaps and provide risk-related details for bids and sales.
• Represent Production Engineering in vendor interactions and evaluate supplier quotes.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams aligned with customer specs.
• Identify project risks and initiate validation to meet build requirements.
