Job summary
The City and County of Denver seeks a Senior Engineer-Architect Manager to lead the Interagency design and construction team, coordinating engineers, architects and contractors to deliver major city projects.
Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or Architecture, PE or Architect license, and 3+ years of management experience; hybrid work with on-site days in Denver; salary range $145,727–$247,737 annually.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- Three (3) years of experience in functional/operational management.
- Licenses: PE or Architect in good standing, Colorado or interstate with Colorado licensing path.
- Experience supervising licensed engineers or architects.
Responsibilities
- Lead Interagency project delivery staff across planning, design and construction.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget and risk for multiple projects.
- Provide feedback and accountability to internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the work area in meetings with officials and city entities.
- Support and champion citywide initiatives and process improvements.
