Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a seasoned professional to support intelligence community commercial outreach by providing secretariat support to strategic engagement programs, coordinating multi-day conferences and large meetings.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, willingness to take a polygraph, and a bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in communications, outreach, or event planning (or 8+ years without a degree). On-site and hybrid work options apply.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting strategic engagement or outreach programs.
• Experience planning and facilitating large meetings and events such as multi-day conferences.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate with individuals at all levels.
• Proficiency with standard business software for presentations, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in communications, outreach, or event planning, or 8+ years in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-event support: scheduling meetings, booking rooms, scheduling virtual meeting connections.
• Coordinate with briefers and facilitate events.
• Record minutes and manage meeting recordings.
• Develop and maintain guidance documents and manage lessons learned for large events.
• Support the agency's commercial strategic communication and recognition efforts.
