Qualifications

• Advanced degree required (MD/PhD/PharmD/MPH/MBA or equivalent).
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in pharma, biotech, medical affairs or healthcare.
• Strong CVRM expertise and understanding of US healthcare landscapes.
• Proven track record in external stakeholder engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engagement strategies with medical societies and guideline bodies.
• Lead relationships with professional associations, quality organizations, and external partners.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities with Medical Affairs, HEOR, Market Access and Global teams.
• Ensure compliant, high‑visibility engagement aligned with AstraZeneca priorities.
