Formación

• Master’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent medical qualifications.
• Minimum 4 years in pharma/life sciences or medical affairs roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver medical plans and strategic initiatives.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Strong project management with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of drug development and outcomes research.
• Ability to analyze and interpret clinical data.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.

Responsabilidades

• External Engagement Strategy: Develop a cohesive Global GU/GYN Engagement Strategy reflecting franchise priorities across assets and indications.
• Congress Orchestration: Coordinate congress engagement planning to maximize impact at major conferences.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Oversee external engagement planning and outreach for major congresses to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Scientific Exchange Leadership: Deliver global scientific exchange activities including large in-person events to drive adoption of evidence.
• Compliance Stewardship: Ensure activities comply with AZ standards and regulations across markets.
• Stakeholder Partnership and Influence: Collaborate with indication leads and Medical peers to align priorities and execution.
• Insight Generation and Continuous Improvement: Capture insights from experts and congresses to feed strategies and medical plans.
• Measurement and Reporting: Define objectives and track outcomes to inform investment and strategy.
