Social Driver seeks a Director of Engagement – Integrated Strategy to join our Client Engagement team as a senior leader. You will transform ambiguous client goals into organized, executable plans and serve as a strategic partner across digital, communications and marketing disciplines.

You will manage high-level client relationships, architect projects, and guide diverse teams to deliver cohesive solutions while maintaining operational continuity and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Agency experience in digital, communications or marketing projects.
• Fluent cross-disciplinary knowledge across digital strategy, UX, content and marketing.
• Ability to define scope, build frameworks and structure teams.
• Trusted client partner with thoughtful counsel and relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for key initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of clients as primary strategic partner and relationship lead.
• Lead across digital, content, communications, web, and marketing strategy.
• Run client meetings, workshops and reviews to build credibility.
• Provide strategic direction and proactive recommendations.
• Oversee overall strategy health and alignment across disciplines.
