Job summary

Gemini Industries Inc. seeks a Senior Strategy and Engagement Analyst (INDOPACOM) to coordinate mission partner requirements, engage stakeholders across INDOPACOM, USFK, and USFJ, and advance MPCO objectives.

The role supports DoD partners in the Pacific region, develops strategies, and leverages Generative AI tools for analysis and reporting. The position requires TS/SCI clearance, extensive program management experience, and the ability to work with international teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of related work experience.
• Minimum of six (6) years of DoW component support experience.
• Experience in program management, technical analysis, or business analysis related to defense system acquisition and life‑cycle management.
• Knowledge of DoW acquisition principles, policies, and practices, including system development, production, fielding, and sustainment.
• Experience preparing and managing program/status updates, schedules, metrics, and DoW reporting documentation.
• Minimum three years of experience with DoW supporting coalition or bilateral military information‑sharing activities.
• Experience coordinating mission‑partner requirements with INDOPACOM, USFK, USFJ, or similar theater organizations.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse operational stakeholders across the Pacific theater and multinational environments.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize inputs into actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing program documentation, SOPs, workflows, continuity materials, and process improvements.
• Ability to work with senior leaders, international partners, and interagency organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support the MPCO CCMD liaison elements for MPCO requirements or tasks.
• Through government liaisons, work with CCMDs, Unified Commands, DoD components and IC agencies to shape multinationals information sharing capabilities.
• Support new system capabilities implementation and demonstrations for military exercises.
• Document results of demonstrations in technical reports.
• Analyze technical impacts of software/hardware maintenance on the system baseline.
• Provide on-site personnel training and/or computer-based training.
• Prepare technical briefings and presentation materials for meetings and conferences.
• Support INDOPACOM/USFK/USFJ stakeholders and related requirements coordination.
