Job summary

Innovative Management Concepts, Inc. seeks a Cybersecurity Engagement Analyst to strengthen partner relationships by delivering credible cybersecurity guidance, training, and engagement across the Indo-Pacific region for a large government customer.

This is a full-time, onsite role in Honolulu with 50% travel. Required qualifications include active CISSP/CISM/Security+CE, 7+ years in cybersecurity and 5+ years in senior advisory roles, DoD/Army policy knowledge, DoD TS/SCI eligibility, and US

Qualifications

• Active certifications: CISSP, CISM or Security+CE in ACTIVE status at start date.
• 7+ years progressive cybersecurity, cyber operations, information assurance, or related fields with 5+ years in senior advisory/leadership roles.
• 5+ years knowledge of DoD and Army cybersecurity policy.
• Experience with multinational/coalition engagements and presenting to mixed audiences including senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Review program responsibilities, schedules, and policy requirements.
• Coordinate with leadership to establish priorities and work plans for engagements and travel.
• Support planning and execution of meetings, workshops, and partner engagements.
• Represent the organization at events and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver training and risk communication to support informed decision-making.
