Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Senior Energy Manager to lead energy sourcing, efficiency initiatives, and supplier strategy across facilities. You will manage complex energy projects, analyze performance data, and drive cost optimization while ensuring regulatory compliance.

This role engages Sustainability, Facilities, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams to deliver measurable energy savings, improved performance, and strategic supplier relationships in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in energy management, energy procurement, facilities engineering, sustainability, or related fields.
• Strong ability to analyze building systems and energy performance metrics.
• Experience with contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and documents.
• Excellent communication and leadership for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead energy strategy, performance, and operations for multiple facilities.
• Oversee energy and water procurement projects from strategy to execution.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and commercial structures (PPAs, VPPAs, gas).
• Drive energy project pipelines with cross-functional teams.
• Provide reporting, market intelligence, and executive-level updates.
