Job summary

Superior Pipeline Services, Inc. is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to manage projects from pre-construction estimating through completion.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of estimating and/or project management experience in the energy or utility space.
• 2+ years of field experience in energy services or utility construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong construction IQ with the ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Spreadsheet and software proficiency: Excel. Familiarity with Outlook, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Projects.
• Previous success in a dynamic, fast paced, and autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, takeoffs, and bid proposals.
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Develop project budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
• Manage project scope, schedule, costs, and profitability.
• Coordinate customers, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Manage project closeout, punch lists, and final documentation.
