Job summary

Peak Utility Services Group in Fort Worth, TX seeks an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction estimating through completion. You will manage cost estimates, bids, contracts, schedules, and execution, while maintaining strong customer and subcontractor relationships.

The role requires 3–5+ years of estimating/PM in energy or utilities, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple projects with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years estimating or project management experience in the energy or utility space.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong Excel and software proficiency.
• Autonomous in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, takeoffs, and bid proposals.
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Develop project budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
• Manage project scope, schedule, costs, and profitability.
• Coordinate customers, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Manage project closeout, punch lists, and final documentation.
