Exelon Corporation is seeking a Senior Energy Acquisition leader in Illinois to supervise and optimize the procurement of power in the PJM market. You will lead a department, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with financial controls across daily operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, evaluating strategic procurement initiatives, and delivering energy to retail customers in a restructured market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
• 7–10 years of business experience or 9–12 years without a degree.
• Familiarity with wholesale marketplace, OATTs and PJM rules.
• Leadership and communication abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead and train department members on power procurement processes.
• Manage daily operational and financial processes with SOX controls.
• Represent Energy Acquisition on cross-functional teams evaluating procurement methodologies and credit policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements for purchasing power in PJM.
