The Home Depot, Inc. is seeking a Graphic Designer for Employment Marketing to create enterprise-wide brand materials and top-of-funnel talent attraction assets.

You will design in-store signage, event design, email banners, and short-form video for social, ensuring brand compliance and acting as a design SME across creative teams. As a consultative partner, you will influence cross-functional priorities during the creative process and support interview-to-onboarding experiences for associates

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proficiency in the full Adobe Suite.
• Experience marketing products and/or services.

Responsabilidades

• Implement job board contracts and monitor usage across the enterprise; ensure partners adhere to process.
• Develop and maintain a billing/invoicing system, including documentation, routing, tracking and reporting.
• Assist with creation and implementation of field marketing requests.
• Collaborate with field Staffing Managers and EMG team to understand marketing needs and assist with plans during key hiring seasons.
• Develop, produce, schedule and execute employment marketing initiatives and deliverables (collateral, ads, video, signage, events).
• Liaise with media services vendors and oversee extranet updates.
• Coordinate and evaluate event programs including sponsorship levels, volunteer coordination, scheduling and logistics.
