Job summary

SEI is seeking an Employment Law and Litigation Attorney to join the Legal, Compliance, Risk & Corporate Development (LCRCD) department. This role focuses on employment counseling, compliance, and litigation across the U.S. and globally, reporting to the lead attorney on the Legal Risk Management team.

The position is hybrid with three onsite days in Oaks, PA. The ideal candidate has a JD, Pennsylvania bar admission, and 3–5 years of experience in employment law and litigation from a law firm or

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent law degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Bar admission in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance to HR on employment topics including hires, pay, performance, leaves, accommodations and separations.
• Draft and update employment policies and procedures for compliance and business needs.
• Support investigations involving workplace conduct and employee relations issues.
• Monitor U.S. and global workforce developments and align practices across offices.
• Assist in drafting employment-related agreements and third‑party provisions.
• Develop templates, playbooks and processes to improve department efficiency.
• Contribute to cross‑border initiatives and M&A projects.
