The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 4+ years in higher education career advising or related field, with willingness to work non-standard hours for event support. Background check required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist with creation and execution of an annual plan for employer engagement to support expansion of the GCU Employer Network.
• Monitor industry hiring cycles and talent demands to inform outreach and engagement priorities.
• Evaluate the performance of engagement initiatives and document employer communications and engagement levels.
• Manage employer engagement across departments to design and deliver industry-specific career exploration and employment-driven activities and events.
