Job summary

Learning Care Group in Novi, MI is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to promote a positive, inclusive workplace and resolve employee concerns. The role partners with HR, legal and leadership to investigate issues and ensure compliance with laws.

You will draft reports, analyze case activity, and help manage sensitive information while contributing to training programs and employee development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service with internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and California employment law.
• Experience conducting investigations and resolving disputes.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Investigate workplace issues and ensure fair handling of cases.
• Partner with HR, Support Central & Field Leaders on cases.
• Prepare, track, and maintain investigation documentation.
• Draft concise and clear investigation reports.
• Coach and educate employees on HR policies and processes.
• Design and deliver training on employee relations topics.
