Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to foster a compliant, respectful workplace. You will advise leaders, investigate complaints, and support policy adherence across the bank, aligning with regulations and the company’s mission of integrity and service.

You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and HR leaders to analyze trends, resolve complex cases, and drive training on conduct and ethics, while maintaining confidentiality and professional judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience conducting investigations and drafting detailed reports.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues for managers and staff.
• Conduct confidential investigations into complaints, harassment, and ethics concerns.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR leadership on policy adherence.
• Monitor trends, identify risks, and propose solutions to reduce liability.
• Help develop and deliver training on workplace conduct and compliance.
• Support organizational changes, restructures, and workforce planning.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of cases.
• Review and enhance employee relations policies to align with regulations.
• Interpret federal and state employment laws and internal policies.
