You will investigate complaints, interpret policies, and stay current on employment laws while partnering with leadership to resolve issues and improve workforce relations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of HR employee relations/work experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
