Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with employee relations, investigations, and discipline.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred; workplace investigator training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead thorough, objective workplace investigations in coordination with Senior HR Business Partner.
• Partner with managers on discipline actions and performance improvement plans.
• Manage termination and offboarding processes ensuring legal compliance and fair treatment.
• Provide HR advisory support on employee relations matters to managers and staff.
• Maintain compliant documentation and records in HRIS and case management systems.
