Work location: This is a hybrid role. Position will work remote and at 612 E. Lamar, Arlington, Texas 76011 and occasionally transfer to healthcare facilities throughout the metroplex.
Work hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
The incumbent will be a Strategic Employee Relations Consultant focusing on solutions, utilizing analytical and strategic thinking. Responsibilities include partnering with all levels of the organization as a subject matter expert (SME) in employee relations, training, performance management, conflict resolution, change management, and investigations. The role involves project management on major HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and collaboration across programs such as policy development, RIFs, engagement, and more. Demonstrates business acumen by effective communication, risk mitigation, and modeling Texas Health behaviors. Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional responsibilities include designing and implementing HR programs, creating change management strategies, generating insights, driving stakeholder alignment, coaching, analyzing data, consulting, training, conducting investigations, managing employee relations cases, developing best practices, and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Education: Bachelor's required, Master's preferred. Experience: 6 years relevant work, including 3 years healthcare HR and 3 years employee relations. Certifications: SHRM, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent within 2 years. Skills: Data analysis, coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution, consulting frameworks, proficiency in MS Office. Supervision: Individual contributor. ADA: Indoor work 67% or more. Physical Demands: Sedentary. Travel: Local, 20% as needed.
