The Strategic Employee Relations Consultant is responsible for conducting high-level investigations, managing employee relations cases, developing best practices, and participating in system-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. The role involves collaborating with leadership, providing guidance, and ensuring organizational risk is mitigated through strategic investigations and employee relations support.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field required; Master's preferred.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in healthcare HR and 3 years in Employee Relations.
Licenses & Certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR (2 years required) or other recognized HR certification.
