Job summary

Pella Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking an HR professional to serve as an internal consultant on performance, employee relations, and leadership development. You will partner with managers to address issues, conduct fact-finding, and support fair processes across the organization.

Responsibilities include investigations, maintaining confidential records, advising on feedback and disciplinary actions, and providing on-site HR support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consult managers on performance, conflict resolution, and personnel issues.
• Follow fair processes and conduct investigations per company policies.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders at all levels.
• Maintain confidential records and documentation of all reported matters.
• Advise on performance feedback, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Assist with unemployment claims and on-site HR duties as needed.
• Review religious accommodations and advise local leadership on workplace threats and emergencies.
