Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) is seeking a Relationship Manager for Employee Benefits to serve as the single point of contact for a book of business of group health insurance clients.

You will own and manage the entire relationship, delivering consultative education, proactive support, and driving client satisfaction and retention. You will collaborate with ADP partners and carriers, coordinate open enrollment, renewals, and benefit design while maintaining accurate records of

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of related insurance experience
• Life - Health Insurance Producer License required
• Experience with group health benefits and carriers is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client's primary contact, acting as liaison and internal advocate.
• Maintain an understanding of the client's group health portfolio and coordinate communication among partners.
• Collaborate with ADP teams including Product Management, Implementation, Payroll, and Sales.
• Own the client relationship by building trust and understanding insurance needs.
• Provide proactive, personalized, strategic support and coordinate with insurers for a seamless client experience.
