• Manages dedicated Book of Business: high-revenue, high-complexity or strategically significant book with complex funding models.
• Drives expert client lifecycle management including escalated issue resolution and strategic advisory support.
• Collaborates with Producers and internal partners on prospect support and service optimization.
• Leads complex renewals, funding strategies, vendor negotiations, and long-term lifecycle planning for key accounts.
