Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in category management or strategic procurement for electronic components (PCBs/e-motors)
• Strong data analytical skills with experience in market intelligence and supplier management
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, etc.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement the regional electronic purchasing strategy in close alignment with stakeholders.
• Drive market studies to develop onshore strategic partners and balance supplier poolings for cost savings and quality.
• Identify and develop global and regional strategic suppliers to meet procurement needs.
• Conduct strategic supplier meetings to enhance relationships with key partners.
• Manage price and framework agreements ensuring alignment with stakeholders, and oversee implementation.
• Support regional sourcing/RFQ projects with project buyers to ensure best commercial and logistic outcomes.
• Lead regional tariff mitigation initiatives.
