Job summary

Nidec Motor Corporation in the United States is seeking an experienced Advanced Purchasing Sourcing Specialist (Electronics) to manage BOM, IR/QAF, COS, NPSO, invoicing and supplier risk evaluations, with rigorous documentation and secure approvals.

You will work with New Product Launch and Cost Planning to prioritize programs, track Last Time Buy, and ensure uninterrupted supply for customer programs while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; 5+ years in advanced purchasing Electronics in automotive/supply chain.
• Experience managing BOMs, IR/QAF, COS, NPSO, invoicing, supplier risk evaluations, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage BOM, Item Register, IR/QAF, COS, NPSO, invoicing, and supplier risk evaluations; document processes.
• Collaborate with New Product Launch to prioritize programs and close BOMs for new programs.
• Update Opportunity Matrix to capture new program sourcing.
