Responsibilities

• Category management for electronics categories including wiring harnesses and OEM parts.
• Leads cross-functional category team meetings and collaborates on supplier strategies.
• Co-leads supplier selection and alignment with NPI for uninterrupted material availability.
• Drives risk and capacity management with mitigation plans.
• Manages supplier scorecards and business reviews; improves cost and quality.
• Supports lean sourcing principles to ensure 100% material availability.
