Mindtris seeks a Strategic Sourcing & Category Manager to lead electronics category strategy, supplier selection, and risk mitigation. You will guide sourcing decisions by analyzing BOMs, pricing, and market dynamics to optimize total cost across direct spend.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Operations to develop multi-year savings, negotiate strategic agreements, and drive supplier performance through KPIs and SRM activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business
• Master’s degree preferred; PMP or Six Sigma certifications are a plus
• Experience with purchasing policies and P2P platforms; strong contract management knowledge

Responsabilités

• Understand spend, pricing, terms, and trends for electronics materials and assemblies
• Develop strategic electronics category roadmaps and supplier development opportunities
• Review BOMs, drawings, and specs to guide sourcing decisions and manufacturing readiness
• Develop risk mitigation for electronics supply constraints
• Manage PPV containment and ensure material availability for manufacturing
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions with SQE
• Lead SRM activities and multi-year savings pipelines
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Line Management, Finance and others
• Conduct RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, supplier evaluations, and negotiations
• Support end-of-life products with strategic sustainment plans
• Implement KPI dashboards to measure supplier performance
• Provide technical direction across electronics categories during product lifecycles
• Draft and execute strategic agreements (NDA/JDA/MSA) with legal
• Identify savings opportunities and close gaps with new strategies
• Drive savings analysis with Finance and project management
• Experience leading electronics procurement in global context
• Proactive, data-driven leadership to influence decisions
• Ensure compliance with savings guidelines and procurement policies
• Lead quarterly business reviews with key electronics suppliers
