Job summary

Bimeda is seeking an EHS Specialist for our Pomona, CA site. The role partners with site leadership to integrate environmental, health, and safety priorities into daily operations and planning.

You will lead site-wide EHS programs, strengthen regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the North American network. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, with strong knowledge of OSHA/Cal/OSHA, EPA, and FDA regulations, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive EHS experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, Cal/OSHA, EPA, FDA and related regulatory frameworks.
• Experience leading EHS programs, audits, investigations and cross-functional improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic EHS business partner to the Pomona site leadership team and translate EHS requirements into practical plans.
• Lead EHS strategy and execution for Pomona and other North America sites.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, HR and leadership to embed EHS ownership.
• Use analytics and incident trends to identify priorities, influence action, and measure EHS performance.
• Drive digitization of EHS processes, including reporting, workflows, dashboards and action-management tools.
• Coach leaders through incident investigations, root cause analysis, and lessons learned.
