Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie is seeking a Manager, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) for our Gallatin, Tennessee operation. You will lead site EHS strategy, risk management, and compliance while partnering with plant leadership to embed safety, environmental stewardship, and sustainability into daily operations.

The role requires driving a world-class safety culture, developing leaders, and using data analytics to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in environmental health & safety or related field; CSP required.
• Experience leading EHS programs in complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication and leadership; ability to influence plant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead site EHS strategy, programs, and performance standards.
• Drive risk reduction and safety culture through leadership development.
• Oversee incident prevention, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor leading/lagging indicators for continuous improvement.
