Job summary

Google is seeking a Product and Business Strategy Leader to drive institutional collaboration sandboxes and manage partnerships with schools, researchers, and external organizations. You will coordinate cross‑functional product, research, and engineering teams to solicit user feedback and test AI products in real‑world contexts.

You will serve as the primary liaison for higher education and university stakeholders, ensuring efficient processes that generate qualitative insight and quantifiable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in management consulting, product management, strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience with education institutions to drive programmatic engagement and cross-project data analysis.
• Experience designing and managing a monitoring function with metrics and dashboards.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with internal and external academic partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle execution of institutional collaboration sandboxes as the program driver.
• Serve as central contact for external education organizations and internal Google teams.
• Design, build, and own the monitoring and data function; develop metrics and dashboards.
• Synthesize project statuses and data into communications for leadership.
• Improve operational aspects: partner selection, funding, and data privacy frameworks.
