Job summary

HP in Palo Alto seeks a Senior Technical Fellow to lead partner architecture and ecosystem engineering across Personal Systems. You will collaborate with strategic partners and HP engineers to turn separate roadmaps into integrated, multi-generation product architectures.

You will translate customer needs into partner capabilities, define interfaces, and drive co-engineering programs, owning architecture decisions, roadmaps and delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shaping multi-generation roadmaps with external technology partners.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans.
• Experience negotiating tradeoffs across organizations with different priorities.
• Executive presence to work with CTOs and senior engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural engagement with ecosystem partners across multiple domains.
• Define joint roadmaps and technical commitments enabling co-engineering.
• Mentor and develop senior architects within HP.
• Drive platform convergence while preserving differentiation.
