Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in economic development or commercial real estate.
• Railroad operations or logistics experience preferred.
• Real estate license for assigned state; must obtain within six months if needed.
• Experience with leasing and contract fundamentals including indemnification, environmental provisions and insurance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate client internal project reviews and approval processes.
• Initiate on-site development meetings with prospective companies and conduct market research.
• Generate progress reports and maintain project documentation.
