Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an E2E Supply Chain Product Planner to drive end-to-end planning for rare disease products across 0–3 years horizon, ensuring demand is met by supply, and leading master data governance in Kinaxis.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Markets Supply Chain, Global Supply Planning, Finance, and Regulatory teams, with a focus on IBP and S&OE cycles and data-driven strategy support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong background in planning, preferably in pharma, with proven stakeholder alignment.
• Proficient with Kinaxis, SAP, dVSM, PLAI or similar planning systems.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing quality systems and regulatory submissions.
• Experience working in matrix, cross-functional, multi-global locations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Supply Chain Planning & Execution across short and long horizons.
• Manage net demand propagation, validation, and deployment plans in Kinaxis.
• Maintain accurate master data and planning parameters aligned to strategy.
• Ensure MD values meet governance and business rules.
• Collaborate with markets, logistics, finance and other stakeholders on IBP and S&OE cycles.
• Provide data-driven insights to support product-driven strategy and budgeting.
