Job summary

Sanofi Inc. in the United States seeks an E2E Supply Chain Product Planner to own end-to-end planning for rare disease products over 0–3 years, covering IBP and S&OE horizons, and to ensure demand is met by available supply to deliver medicines on time.

You will manage master data and planning parameters in Kinaxis, collaborate with Markets Supply Chain, Global Supply Planning, Finance and Regulatory, and contribute to monthly IBP and weekly S&OE cycles while promoting data-driven decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning (Demand planning, Supply chain management, inventory), E2E supply chain planning, or related fields.
• Strong background in Supply Chain Planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with proven track record of building plannings and aligning stakeholders, driving decision making.
• Proficient with advanced planning system (i.e. Kinaxis, SAP, dVSM, Plai or others).
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing quality systems and regulatory submissions process.
• Successful experience working in matrix environments (cross Functional and multi global location stakeholders’ management).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Supply Chain planning for demand and supply balancing across IBP and S&OE horizons.
• Manage master data and planning parameters in Kinaxis.
• Collaborate with Markets SC, Global Supply Planning, Finance and Regulatory.
• Support IBP monthly and S&OE weekly cycles.
• Contribute to product strategy and budgeting with data-driven insights.
