Job summary

Sanofi Inc. in Framingham, MA is seeking an E2E Supply Chain Product Planner to own end-to-end planning for rare disease products across 0–3 years, balancing demand and supply and driving remediation activities.

The role requires Kinaxis or similar planning tool experience and a strong data-driven mindset. You will collaborate with Markets Supply Chain, Global Supply Planning, Finance, and Regulatory teams to ensure accurate master data, robust planning parameters, and timely product deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning (Demand planning, Supply chain management, inventory), E2E supply chain planning, or related fields.
• Strong background in Supply Chain Planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with proven track record of building plannings and aligning stakeholders, driving decision making.
• Proficient with advanced planning system (i.e. Kinaxis, SAP, dVSM, Plai or others).
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing quality systems and regulatory submissions process.
• Successful experience working in matrix environments (cross Functional and multi global location stakeholders’ management).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Supply Chain Planning & Execution: ensure product balancing between demand & supply and gap remediation across 0-3 months (S&OE) and 4-36 months.
• IBP horizons; responsible for net demand propagation, validation and product deployment plans in Kinaxis.
• Master Data & Planning Parameters: create and ensure accuracy of product related master data and planning parameters in Kinaxis.
• Sole accountable for the master data values owned and to be entered in workflows.
• Documenting the way and potential calculation to determine Master Data Values they own.
• Contributes to Master Data CI loop with Masters Data Stewards and the Data & Process Manager.
• Adhere to governance of meetings to ensure regular revision of MD values.
• Ensure Master Data values comply with business rules in the M&S Master Data Playbook.
• IBP (monthly) and S&OE (weekly) cycles: contribute to planning & execution decision loop with stakeholders.
• Product Strategy Support: assist in product-driven strategic and budget planning and provide data-driven insights.
